Most parents would agree: parenting can be hard. Often, becoming a parent can re-open the parts of us that aren't yet fully healed. Parenting can also create or heighten issues that were pre-existing in the family system. Beyond that, we often lose ourselves when we become parents. Our counsellors are here to support you – by listening to your experiences, by helping you work through some of those open hurts, by helping you connect with yourself again, and by working collaboratively with you to help you gain strategies to strengthen your family unit.
