I’m Hannah, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with Ontario's College of Registered Psychotherapists (CRPO). Since the beginning, I have been inspired by the idea of supporting people on their journey to become the best version of themselves. With a background in Yoga, Holistic Health, and Counselling Psychology, I prioritize treating the entire person – mind, body and soul. I aim to cultivate a space where people come to learn, grow, feel supported, explore the good parts and the not-so-good parts of life, and ultimately feel connected to themselves and honour their individual needs. My intrinsic desire to work as a therapist blossomed from my deep passion for connecting with others and holding compassion for another’s experience. I firmly believe every person has the innate capacity to heal, and there is always the opportunity to choose again.
Therapy with me is client-centered, strengths-based and integrative – meaning I honour the uniqueness of each client, and we collaborate to tailor treatment to your individual needs. Some therapeutic modalities I use are Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Somatic, Trauma-Informed, Mindfulness and emotionally focused Therapy. Moreover, I have experience working with anxiety/stress, depression, trauma, interpersonal challenges, self-esteem, and reintegration into society after incarceration. You can expect an authentic, down-to-earth approach to your sessions with me.
We all come with a different story and a different struggle. And life can be tough! But it does not have to feel so heavy. I want my clients to feel in control of their lives and hold the tools needed to feel the best they can in all aspects. You have everything you need and desire within you; it just takes a little bit of help to uncover it, which is why I am here. No matter what you need!

I'm Tye, I am deeply committed to creating a counselling space filled with care, kindness and understanding. My hope is to offer a space where you feel truly seen and heard, where you can bring your whole self and not just fragments of it into our sessions. I strive to foster a sense of safety and connection, where you can slow down, share your story and know that you are accepted and have support that is stable and genuine.
Change, in my view, is not an event but a process–a practice of care that requires patience, softness and compassion. I understand that reflecting on painful experiences often means navigating complexities and holding space for multiple truths. I aim to be a supportive presence, providing opportunities to reflect and draw upon your own expertise and strengths to move towards change that feels empowering and sustainable.
I am a registered social worker and have my masters of social work, with a specialization of gender and women studies. I am passionate about working with trans, queer, polyamorous and neurodiverse communities and also have experience in providing substance use counselling and grief support. My practice is grounded in principles of feminism, harm reduction, social justice, and anti-oppressive frameworks. These values guide me in fostering inclusive, affirming spaces and addressing personal and systemic challenges that impact your wellbeing. I take an eclectic, informal and relational approach to counselling, tailoring my practice to meet the needs of each individual in a way that resonates with them.
